The grilling rack for Morsø Grill ’71 is made of solid enamelled cast iron, which ensures a perfect grilling every single time. If the grill gets too warm, you can easily put the rack out over the coal pot, away from the heat.
A cast iron grilling rack is rustic and robust and has many benefits. For one, it keeps the heat longer and distributes it evenly over the whole surface. In addition, the rack has small pores that take in the taste and fat, with incredible results. The rack also gives the meat a perfect characteristic grill pattern.
Morsø's Grill'71 is the big brother of the table grill, Grill’71. The grill can be turned on with both coal and wood, and it functions as a beautiful bonfire with a cosy atmosphere, during and after the meal.
Just like the table grill, Morsø Grill’71 has all the classic properties of cast iron, and it has a movable rack.
Easy to clean
The rack is easy to clean and requires minimal maintenance. But it is always good to clean the rack after use and apply a neutral food oil. This makes cleaning easier every time and improves longevity.
